Women horoscope for each sign
Aries
March 21 - April 19
Fannie Farmer: March 23, 1857
Aries natives are definitely the bravest zodiac representatives, and Fannie Farmer only proves the idea. When she was 16, she suffered a paralytic stroke and was not even able to walk for several years. By the age of 30, she regained the ability to walk and became a student at the Boston Cooking School.
When she was 34, she became the principal of the school. A true expert in the cooking area, she introduced the usage of precise level measurement and propelled the art of recipe writing to the next level. She became one of the most prominent cookbook writers and gave lectures at the Harvard Medical School. Isn’t she a good example of Aries stamina and drive?
Taurus
April 20 - May 20
Catherine the Great: May 2, 1729
Taurus people are known for their conservatism, and the Russian Empress proved the fact by her own way of ruling. She preserved the status quo for many years, although the whole world around her was striving to changes. She expanded Russia, made it much stronger, and helped it become one of the greatest European powers.
She was governing the country in the way she considered effective and managed to incorporate western innovations in the most “Russian” way. Catherine successfully promoted education among the high-class representatives, but at the same time was infamous for her innumerable romantic affairs. It is explained by the fact that Venus rules the sign making it almost impossible for Taureans to give up sensual pleasures.
Gemini
May 21 - June 20
Anne Frank: June 12, 1929
Anne Frank’s story is tragic but still inspiring, and demonstrates a typically Gemini passion for gathering and spreading information even under the most horrible circumstances. During World War II, the girl was hiding from the Nazis in a small attic and kept a diary devoted to all she saw, heard, and understood. Anne gave her diary the name Kitty and treated it like a living creature she could talk to.
This is typical of Gemini natives, as they always look for a “twin” and can sometimes find it in the strangest places. The girl fully displayed her inability to live in total isolation and demonstrated her wish to become a writer one day, and these are other qualities of a Gemini person.
Cancer
June 21 - July 22
Helen Keller: June 27, 1880
Despite the fact Helen Keller was deaf and blind she proved that physical disabilities are not an obstacle to becoming a well-educated author and lecturer. She lost her sight and hearing when she was only 19 months old after a serious disease, but never gave up. She graduated from Radcliffe College with high honors and then devoted her life to proving that people with disabilities need proper education, too.
She became an eminent lecturer and political activist and spared no effort to tell about her way in life and how she coped with the difficulties. Helen helped people with disabilities realize they could be treated as equals by society. Besides, she became a co-founder of the American Civil Liberties Union, demonstrating the energy and tenacity typical of Cancer.
Leo
July 23 - August 22
Madame Blavatsky: Aug. 12, 1831
Leo reps have never lacked courage, and Helena Blavatsky was one of the brightest examples of the fact. She proved that her world had no limits, and neither had her energy. She traveled extensively, but not for pleasure – she met people of different religions and worldviews and analyzed what they all had in common.
Later on, she founded the Theosophical movement – a form of Western esotericism based on the idea that there is an ancient brotherhood of people who possess great wisdom. She inspired her followers to look for their connection with the spiritual powers, proving that Leo natives love to help people around them become better and understand their divine nature.
Virgo
August 23 - September 22
Elizabeth I: Sept. 7, 1533
One of the greatest British rulers, Elizabeth I demonstrated the best qualities inherent to Virgo natives: intelligence, shrewdness, reliability, and analytical skills. The last queen of the Tudor Dynasty, Elizabeth was an illegitimate daughter of Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn. She witnessed her brother and half-sister ascending the British throne and waited patiently for her time to come.
“The Virgin Queen" was governing the country for 44 years in the truly adaptable spirit typical of Virgo representatives. She helped many talented people show their worth, William Shakespeare, Sir Walter Raleigh, and Sir Francis Drake being among them. This displays a typical Virgo ability to see the best in people.
Libra
September 23 - October 23
Eleanor Roosevelt: Oct. 11, 1884
One of the most notable qualities of a Libra person is diplomacy, and Eleanor Roosevelt proved it by her substantial investment in the human rights movement. Her life was not a bed of roses, but she managed to save her marriage even after learning about her husband’s affair. Eleanor’s ability to create a peaceful atmosphere helped her through the family challenges, and not only.
She became one of the first US delegates to the United Nations General Assembly and was later called the "First Lady of the World" by Harry S. Truman. She devoted her life to the fight for liberties for all people and became a co-author of The UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Eleanor Roosevelt demonstrated the ability to understand both sides of a conflict and reconcile them.
Scorpio
October 24 - November 22
Marie Antoinette: Nov. 2, 1755
Probably one of the most infamous phrases ever pronounced by a royal member of the society is credited to Marie Antoinette, as she is supposed to have advised her people to eat cake if they lack bread. Scorpio natives are not the easiest people to deal with, and they always want to have the best of everything both for themselves and for their families. Marie Antoinette proved the fact when she married King Louis XVI to become a faithful wife and a caring mother.
She demonstrated pride and honor nor every man possesses and stayed with her family until the very end. Thus, she showed the courage and faithfulness typical of many Scorpio representatives. She saw her husband die during the French Revolution, and then sacrificed her life, being beheaded by guillotine in 1793.
Sagittarius
November 23 - December 21
Emily Dickinson: Dec. 10, 1830
Although Emily Dickinson wasn’t a typical Sagittarius as she wasn’t outwardly sociable and adventurous, her poems prove that deep inside she was eager to share her thoughts and desires with the world. It’s interesting to know that she had many friends but communicated with them primarily using letters.
She spent a lot of time writing these letters, as well as poetry. She refused to accept the existing rules of poetry writing and preferred to invent her own ones. Today, more than 130 years after Emily’s death, scholars are still amazed by the depth and intelligence hidden in her poetic lines.
Capricorn
December 22 - January 19
Joan of Arc: Jan. 6, 1412
Capricorns want to see the situation in its entirety and are extremely ambitious and patient. Probably these qualities were the major ones to push Joan of Arc to her courageous acts. She was later canonized as a Roman Catholic saint – that speaks volumes! Although people were exhausted and discouraged by the Hundred Years' War, Joan inspired them by her wisdom and bravery and is now rightfully considered a heroine of France.
Joan’s way to acceptance was long and challenging – the French commanders expressed no wish to help her, or at least not to hinder. But she eventually coped with the resistance and followed the insights that God (according to her words) sent her. Although her death was tragic and seems to have been useless, today many Frenchmen thank Joan for her persistence and a strong belief in God.
Aquarius
January 20 - February 19
Rosa Parks: Feb. 4, 1913
Almost every Aquarius representative dreams about doing something that will clearly demonstrate his or her waywardness. Rosa Parks is probably the brightest representative of the sign who made the dream come true: she refused to give up her bus seat to a white passenger, and thus became one of the most prominent national heroes and Civil Rights activists.
She was working with the most notable Civil Rights leaders including Martin Luther King and E. D. Nixon helping millions of people fight against inequality and racial segregation in the most peaceful ways. Being a truly Aquarian person, she was eager to turn the world into a better place. And she finally did it!
Pisces
February 20 - March 20
Harriet Tubman: March 10, 1820
Pisces natives are able to perform the most selfless acts ever, and Harriet Tubman is one of the brightest examples of this fact. Born as a slave girl, she suffered a head injury caused by an infuriated slave owner, and then had visions that she considered messages from God. When she was 27, she was finally able to escape.
However, this is not the end of the story. Harriet returned and saved dozens of other slaves helping them escape, too. She later worked as a scout and a spy and managed to liberate more than 700 people. Belonging to Pisces, one of the most visionary zodiac signs, the woman was obviously led by the signs that others simply couldn’t see, and it was the secret of her success.
